Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification

About the Client:
A High-end casual dining restaurant.

Job Description
• Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
• Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
• Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
• Responsible to supervise junior chefs or commis.
• Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are me

Requirements

Qualifications
• 45 years old and below
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role
• Should be flexible with the work hours.
• Immediately available candidates will be prioritized
