Position Title: Chef de Partie – Hot & Cold Section
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4,500 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant based in Dubai.

- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
- Follows the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
- Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
- Responsible to supervise junior chefs or Commis.
- Estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met.

- Open to Asian nationalities
- 38 years old and below
- At least 1 year of experience as a CDP or 3 years of experience as DCDP/Commis in a high-end restaurant or high-quality restaurant environment.
