Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: up to 3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand, in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining French flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
-Prepare and present bakery products (bread, pastries, desserts, etc.) according to quality standards.
-Oversee a designated kitchen section and coordinate with Commis Chefs and Kitchen Helpers.
-Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
-Monitor stock levels and assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies.

Qualifications:
-Asian nationalities, up to 40 years old and below
-Education: Culinary related certificate/diploma with minimum of 2 years of experience in pastry kitchen.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
