What you will be doing:
- Actively share ideas, opinions, and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
- Ensure consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte and/or buffet menus according to property recipes and standards .
- Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
- Maintain cleanliness and proper rotation of products in Arabic chillers
- Liase daily with outlet chefs to keep open lines of communication and gues tfeedbacks
- Daily checking of all buffet options and function set-ups to ensure appropriate equipment, food and staffing are in place and on time
- Ensure all hot and cold arabic food preparations for Banquets and outlets are in place 30minutes before the scheduled start time.
Requirements
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Arabic cooking experience is a must in a five star luxury environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
- Add diplomas/certifications required if needed
