Job description / Role
• Chef De Partie - Chinese Cuisine up to 3.5K AED ++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Dubai
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 20-35 years old
• Diploma Holder or any related course
• At least 2 years of culinary experience in the same role
• Has strong background in Chinese Cuisine
• Prepare, cook and present dishes within your specialty
• Manage and train DCDPs or Commis working with you
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
• Good English communication skills
• Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements
Salary is up to 3,500 AED for the basic plus sharing accommodation, transportation and duty meals, depending on experience and qualifications
