Job description / Role
Chef De Partie / Demi Chef De Partie Up To 3.5k Aed For A High-End Casual Dining Restaurant In Dubai
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Support the station commis in achieving key performance indicators and optimal line efficiency within the company safety and quality policies
• Ensure health and safety is first and foremost with every task carried out
• Ensure the use of station commis recipe manuals procedures to give a consistent platform for carrying out operations
• Involvement in new products tasting and sampling in your department
• Ensure that the materials are available and on line in timely a timely manner
• Ensure that finished plated food meet customer expectation/standard without fail
• Take action as instructed for all out of spec food orders
Requirements
• POSITION: Chef de Partie / Demi Chef De Partie
• SALARY: up to 3,500 AED full package, depending on qualifications and experience
• HIRING COMPANY: High-End Casual Dining Restaurant
• WORK LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Immediately available will be prioritized (1 month max)
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time / Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 25 years old and above
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Diploma in High School or any related certification
• At least 4 years of similar work experience in casual, fine dining, or stand-alone restaurant
• Experience in the hot kitchen section is a must
• PIC or HACCP Certification is an added advantage
• Experience in managing a team of commis and certification in basic food safety is an advantage
• Presentable personality, good communication, and leadership skills
