Job description / Role
Chef De Partie up to 4.5kaed ++ for an Fnb Holding Group in Abu Dhabi
• Maintain direct internal and external relationships (cooking demonstrations, exam corrections, competitions, reports, cooking classes, etc.)
• Prepare menus in collaboration with culinary colleagues and chefs
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations
• Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
• Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
• Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
• Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly team cooperation
Requirements
• POSITION: Chef de Partie
• SALARY: up to 4,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation and transportation
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Holding Group
• WORK LOCATION: Abu Dhabi, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join by 12th of December 2019
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent/Full time
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, below 40 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificate is a must
• At least 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie in the FnB or Hospitality industry with strong exposure in FRENCH cuisine
• HACCP Certified or any PIC certificate is a plus
• In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
• Catering and/banquet experience is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills
• Must be energetic and with lively personality
