About the Client: A high-end casual dining restaurant, based in Dubai
Job Description:
• Prepare and manage the hot kitchen section, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Supervise and support junior kitchen staff while maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene (HACCP), and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
• Male, Asian nationals, 28–36 years old
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same position within the F&B industry
• Proven experience as a CDP – Hot Kitchen with strong cooking skills.
• Culinary training preferred, good knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 5,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
