Position Title: Chef de Partie – Hot Kitchen
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant in Dubai franchising across the Gulf.
Job Description:
• Skills in cooking and preparing different international cuisines
• Assist and support the Head Chef for the menu and dish preparation
• Responsible in inventory and subordinates’ improvements
• Comply with kitchen high standards by meeting regulation policies
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian candidates
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Culinary related education
• At least 3 years of UAE experience in the same role preferably from a high-end casual dining or stand-alone restaurant
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
