Position Title: CHEF DE PARTIE (HOT KITCHEN)
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meal
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A well known French fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
- Run and supervise the assigned kitchen section to the required standards set by the Head Chef.
- Ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
- Ensure good stock and waste control is practiced
- Responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
- Support Sous chef in delivering required standard of food
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Male, 35 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role (F&B or Hospitality groups, 5* hotels, preferably from high end casual restaurants)
- Experience in French cuisine experience is a must
- Should be fully vaccinated
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
