Job description / Role

• Chef De Partie - Japanese Cuisine up to 3.5K AED++ for a 5-Star Hotel in Dubai
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality
• Managing and training demi-chef de parties or commis
• With strong experience on Japanese Cuisine
• Flexible in both hot and cold kitchen section
• Extensive knowledge about hygiene and HACCP regulations

Requirements

• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience as Chef De Partie in Hotels and F&B outlets
• Diploma or relevant certificate is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Must be presentable and well groomed
• Can join immediately (max 1 month)
• Work location: Dubai

Salary up to 3,000 AED depending on years of experience and qualifications accommodation, transportation, duty meals and service charge
