Position Title: Chef De Partie – Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications plus tips
Job Location: Mirdiff City Center, Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
An international French restaurant group in UAE
Job Description:
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in pastry section
- Coordinate daily tasks with the junior pastry chef
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to Asian nationals
- 21 to 35 years old
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar role
- Should have experience from high end casual restaurants
- Must have a Food & Safety certificate
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
