Job description

• As a chef de rang (waiter/waitress) in our award-winning French brasserie, Couqley, you will work with your team to create unforgettable experiences for the guests.
• Ensure the guests are attended to, i.e., present menus, help with recommendations, receive orders, place orders, and handle payments.
• Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality.

Qualifications

• Service-focused personality is essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role in a fine dining or stand-alone restaurant is a must.
• Good beverage knowledge is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service.
