Company Profile: C Cube has 3 own F&B brands and operates own and franchised units across the UAE, KSA and Kuwait.
Job Description:
The applicant must have at least 5 years of experience in the BOH and at least 3 years in Korean restaurant. The applicant will have to be able to lead all BOH team and will be in charge of QA/QC for existing/new units. The applicant has to have extensive knowledge in Korean Cuisine and be able to develop new menus for the local market. (Asian fusion based on Korean). Portfolio with pictures will add great points.
