Job description / Role
The client is the leading catering company for the healthcare sector managing F&B and Housekeeping services for hospitals across the UAE.
• This role will be based in a hospital in Dubai.
• The candidate will be in charge of the schedules, hiring and training of chefs, sous chefs and other kitchen staff.
• Furthermore they will be in charge of the day-to-day kitchen activities involved.
• Salary: AED 8,000 - AED 10,000 all inclusive
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
• The candidate must currently be working with a hotel, catering company or hospital in the UAE or have previous experience in the above
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef with 1-2 years managing the kitchen staff
• The candidate has to currently be in the UAE
