Job description / Role

We are seeking a meticulous and innovative GOLD REFINERY SPECIALIST/CHEMIST to join our prestigious jewelry and luxury goods company in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and ensuring the quality of our exquisite materials, contributing to the creation of high-end products that meet our luxurious standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical analyses and testing of metals, alloys, and gemstones used in jewelry production.
- Develop and improve material formulations to enhance product quality and durability.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to support product development through material expertise.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all chemical processes.
- Maintain accurate records of test results, procedures, and experiments.
- Research and introduce new chemical processes or materials to improve the manufacturing process and luxury product appeal.

- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field; experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of chemical properties of metals, alloys, and gemstones.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to document and present findings clearly.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
