We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Chemist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will contribute to the development and optimization of chemical products and processes within a forward-thinking chemical manufacturing company. Responsibilities:
- Conduct chemical research and experiments to develop new products and improve existing formulations.
- Analyze chemical compounds using various techniques and instruments to ensure quality and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality control, and R&D to support manufacturing processes.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for research findings, experiments, and batch records.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure a safe working environment following health and safety protocols.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in chemical manufacturing technology.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in chemical research or manufacturing preferably within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical safety standards and laboratory practices.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using laboratory instruments and software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and processes.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED 5,500 to 6,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
