You will be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to insure efficiency in process operations.
- Monitoring day to day general accounting transactions including Payroll, Payables, Stores & ensure that all financial transactions are accounted in accordance with accepted standards.
- Review Bank Reconciliation Statements.
- Review monthly payroll.
- Review monthly closing J.V(s).
- Review monthly profit & loss report.
- Review General Ledger reconciliation report.
- Coordinate and Supervise Internal & External Auditors and resolving their queries

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in a leadership role within a similar hotel brand or business
- Passionate to grow and develop self and others
- Strong relator with ability to build relationships
- Strategic, creative and able to communicate effectively
- A proven leader who is able to inspire others
- Fully conversant in Opera, ACT Payroll System, SUN Financial System, ADACO Materials Management System, Symphony
