Chief Accountant

We are opening a search for a new employee in the accounting outsourcing department of the UAE "Project manager" (customer service manager).

Manage the accounting outsourcing business in the UAE;
• Together with the Head of UC UC Accounting International, develop an accounting outsourcing strategy, including defining goals and objectives, assessing risks and implementing it;
• Train and develop the accounting outsourcing department, improve internal business processes, introduce new technologies and working methods;
• Interact with customers and partners;
• Carry out planning and reporting to the CEO and Head of UC Accounting International.

• Experience in accounting outsourcing management in the UAE;
• Understanding the consulting services market in the UAE;
• At least 5 years of accounting management experience;
• English language level from C1, Russian – C2;
• In-depth knowledge of UAE accounting, financial accounting, taxation, accounting legislation;
• The ability to effectively manage a team of accountants and the ability to work in a team;
• Communication, presentation and analytical skills;
