Chief Architect - Enterprise Architecture

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Chief Architect (Enterprise Architecture) for an amazing opportunity based out of Dubai. The primary role of the Chief Architect is to provide hands-on architecture leadership, guidance and mentoring to the different technical teams within the business.

Requirements

Applications are sought from those with the following experience:

• Must be specialized in Enterprise Architecture with experience in business architecture, data architecture, infrastructure architecture and solution architecture.
• Strong in stakeholder management, influencing and execution skills of enterprise architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of job related experience, which should be working as a hand-on Architect
• Experience in large projects such as successful execution of digital transformation.
• TOGAF or similar architecture certifications.
• Exposure to a number of international markets and multinational teams
• Bachelors Degree in Computer/Information Sciences
• Excellent English language skills
• Experience in architecting and maintaining IT systems that include technology components like:
- Micro services/SOA
- Middleware components(Rules Engine, Notification Engine, BPM, Identity and Access Management systems)
- Cache Grids (Oracle Coherence, ActiveSpaces, Redis)
- Oracle 12c, SAP Hana, Cassandra, MongoDB, Couchbase, Hbase etc
- Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Scoop, Impala, Spark etc
- Flume, Kafka, Storm, Akka, Splunk etc
- Programming Languages ( Java, C, C++, Erlang, Scala, Lua, Clojure, Go etc)
