Chief Digital Officer

Job description / Role

Chief Digital Officer required for some leading Financial Industry’s in the UAE. This is a newly developing position and the CDO will be responsible for the overall data strategist and advisor of the business.

The CDO should be capable of powering growth using your digital expertise and business acumen, think out of the box attitude, driven leader. The right individual should be able to deliver transformations and meet the rapidly changing challenges.

Key responsibilities:
• Map Digital capabilities to strategic priorities of the company
• Manage and execute the digital process innovation
• Proven track record of success
• Develop and Execute the digital project portfolio
• Ensure that data is available, consistent, steady, accessible, secure, and appropriate based on the objectives
• Co-ordinate the data assets, data driven business processes, business decisions and services across the bank

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a complete understanding of the role of a CDO. One who have proven data experience at a senior level, with a track record of effectively managing teams performing complex data landscapes with different reporting and analytics requirements. A professional qualification, degree or post-graduate degree in IT or a data related subject is required.
