The Role:
- Build and guide a top-tier executive team to foster a culture of innovation and collaboration. You will drive the company's growth and profitability by setting strategic directions and ensuring operational excellence.
- Promote the company's vision and mission across all platforms, ensuring alignment with core values. Uphold high standards of corporate governance and ethical conduct to maintain the integrity and reputation of the company.
- Oversee daily operations and the quality delivery of products, implementing processes that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Ensure all activities comply with legal standards and ethical practices.
- Lead the development and execution of a global expansion plan through a franchising model, analyzing market feasibility and securing international partners. Drive the adoption of cutting-edge construction technologies to maintain competitive advantage.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with international investors and financial institutions to secure funding necessary for expansion. Develop and manage the financial strategy, ensuring the company achieves its financial goals while maintaining financial health.
- Identify and address financial and operational risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the business.

To qualify for this role:
- Master’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
- Extensive leadership experience, ideally as a CEO or similar role within the construction industry.
