About the client:
A well-known F&B and nightlife group based in Dubai specializing in international cuisines and now expanding to showcase Asian cuisine concept in fine dining restaurant and nightlife.
Job Description:
• Work closely with the CEO and Executive Team in establishing strategic financial management of the organization.
• Manage and develop all financial and operational reporting and controls.
• Develop all necessary policies and procedures to ensure the sound financial management and control of the company’s business
• Create the annual financial plan and have overall responsibility for budgets and forecasts, delivering accurate, transparent, and comprehensive financial reports for the organization
• Ensure the organization is resourced with the appropriate skills, capabilities, systems and processes
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Male/Female, 40 to 50 years old
• Possess MBA and/or relevant finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA)
• Must have 10 years of working experience; minimum 4 years as CFO or a Senior Finance Manager
• Must have intensive experience in FnB industry in UAE/MENA
• Strong people manager with experience of playing a significant role in a senior management team
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders
