Chief Financial Officer

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement financial strategies
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance
• Manage financial risks and internal controls
• Handle treasury and cash management activities
• Work with operations for cost-effective project management
• Lead and mentor the finance team
• Maintain relationships with investors, banks, and auditors

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of CFO experience, preferably in interior design or construction
• Strong financial, analytical, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel
