As the CFO, you will be responsible for optimizing financial performance, providing strategic direction, and driving sustainable growth while maintaining financial integrity and risk management. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and consultants.
- Lead financial planning and analysis to support business expansion and investment opportunities.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide data-driven insights to the Executive Team.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements.
- Drive cash flow management and optimization of working capital.
- Lead a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of high-performance and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and manage risks associated with business operations and investments.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and financial reporting standards in the UAE.
- Experience in real estate, construction, or general trading is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to develop financial strategies and translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive approach to challenges.
