* Mandated by the hospital administration to maintain clinical and patient-care standards.
* Ensuring the patients safety in the hospital and the right medical care.
* Work closely with the hospital management to acquire the right infrastructure and resources.
* Offers the best insights to the management on improve the quality of care in the facility.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have

* Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Nursing.
* More than 15 years' working experience in hospital or healthcare facility. Within 5 years in Senior or leadership roles.
* Good coordination and communication.
