- Managing 200 plus nurses
- Reporting to senior management
- Reporting to the COO
- Heading up the entire function

Requirements

- Working as the chief of nursing for the past 5 years
- 15 years plus nursing experience
- Working for a reputable organization
- Managing a large amount of nurses
- Degree qualified in nursing
- Experience of leading
