Job description / Role
• He will work in close partnership with Business Units Head to support their daily operations, including improving current processes and building new ones and responsible for overseeing organization corporate governance and policy development.
• Proven experience in providing leadership and direction for change management initiatives, budget and financial planning and project management.
• He will serve as a critical thought partner and advisor, build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, support strategy and management work, and source and analyze data on new and ongoing projects.
• He will bring strategic thinking as well as expert project management skills and a master relationship builder/negotiator who thrives in a fast moving, team- oriented environment.
Requirements
The successful candidate must possess the following:
• 10 to 12 years Management Consulting/ Corporate Strategy experience
• MBA with focus on Corporate Strategy or Master's in Finance
• With certifications in PMP, Change Management (PROSCI/ACMP- CCMP)
• With demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative data for decision making.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in multi-cultural environment
