Job description / Role

A long standing multi-disciplinary local consultancy in Dubai has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Director to join their team.

Acting as Lead Design & Supervision Consultant on complex buildings projects across the region, this consultancy is circa 500 strong in the UAE and expanding across the GCC.

This broad and challenging role will encompass but not be limited to:

- Working collaboratively with the CEO to implement business strategies the COO will proactively lead and manage a multi-disciplined team
- Developing uniformity across the business, monitoring all projects to ensure quality and delivery standards are met
- Ensuring overall operational efficiency across the business
- Working closely with the Design and Project Directors to implement the design strategy across all projects; building on the existing team culture and success of coordinated design consultancy solutions
- Managing operational policies and procedures whilst overseeing day to day operations including finance, commercial, HR, design, and projects

- To be considered for this role, you should have significant experience within the architectural and engineering industry including demonstrable experience in a director level, operations management role within the region.
- Proven business planning and commercial capabilities as well as excellent key stakeholder management experience are required.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, organizational and staff development, and managing the day-to-day operations of an A&E practice of a similar size are essential.
