Job description / Role
Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive educational programs within a governmental entity. This role focuses on the leadership and mentoring of the design and development area, and will also require the incumbent to:

Description
* Oversee and mentor a team of program designers and developers, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
* Apply instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, address feedback, and ensure program alignment with organisational goals.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive curricula that meet educational standards and learner needs.

Requirements:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning program design and development
* Proven experience in program design and implementation, strong leadership and team management skills, expertise in instructional design, project management abilities, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and knowledge of educational technologies.
* Certifications in instructional design, project management, or adult learning principles are preferred.
* Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
