Role Overview
As a Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and placing top talent for our clients across various industries. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales, recruitment, or marketing who are eager to develop expertise in headhunting and executive search.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, particularly within Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Source and screen high-caliber professionals through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to candidate placement.
- Negotiate salary packages and contract terms between clients and candidates.
- Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.
