Job description / Role
We are looking for minimum 7-8 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers,etc). Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem). Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool.
Requirements:
• Minimum 7-8 years of relevant hands on experience in Cisco network support including (Switching, Routing, ACI, Load balancers,etc)
• Expert in administration of Cisco network stack, fixing incidents and executing changes
• Experience on Datacenter network components & Cloud networking
• CCNP or CCIE certification is preferred
• Exposure and experience in CISCO UCS & Voice is a plus
• Must have relevant ITIL tools & processes knowledge (Incident, Change and Problem)
• Should be comfortable using SNOW as ITIL tool
