Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Manage and direct the construction, operations, and maintenance activities at the project site.
• Coordinate the Works with the Electrical department and MEP department for the smooth operations in the site
• Prepare the works in order to adhere with planned timesheet
• Supervising engineering and technical staff
• Prepare the invoices and quotation
• Attend the site visits and meetings with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor of degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in construction and maintenance work in UAE
• Well-developed conflict resolution skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication is necessary and independent judgment is essential.
• Good mentoring skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Possess the ability to change focus quickly during a typical day.
• Positive and solution-orientated approach to problem
• Microsoft office Knowledge and AutoCAD should be required
