Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support within the discipline team, liaise with the project team, and consult with relevant resources as required.
- Communicate effectively with the discipline team and project stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships within WorleyParsons, with its clients and other stakeholders.
- Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance if required.
- Comply and keep up-to-date with the behaviour and business practices outlined in WorleyParsons Vision, codes, policies, procedures and standards, and with all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
- Deliver quality services and demonstrate a commitment to understand and meet customer needs.
- Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to achieving the Vision and its associated requirements.
- Act in the best interests of WorleyParsons at all times.
- Perform any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time
- Complete PEC registration within first year on the graduate program.

Requirements:

Job Specific Knowledge:
- Competent at a graduate level in the technical and practical engineering skills in the relevant discipline.
- In the relevant discipline or field, the ability to learn the applicable local standards and statutory and regulatory requirements
- Critical information-seeking.
- Sound problem-solving competencies with the ability to apply these to different scenarios.

Industry Specific Experience:
- Not required, although evidence of undergraduate industrial work experience would be advantageous.

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
- A recognized engineering degree in the relevant discipline from an accredited university, or equivalent, recognized for PEC registration within UAE
