Civil Engineer

Guildhall is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer for a leading construction company specializing in building construction and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas, with the ability to coordinate with design teams, review civil structural drawings, and supervise on-site work effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure civil engineering plans are effectively integrated into construction projects.
- Review and analyze civil structural drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Supervise on-site work, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
- Resolve cross-disciplinary construction issues by collaborating with various project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report on any deviations from planned timelines or budgets.
- Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and subcontractors.
- Adapt to flexible work schedules, including the possibility of overtime, to meet project demands.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction industry, specifically in building construction and infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil structural design principles and construction practices.
- Proven ability to review drawings and resolve construction issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
