Position Title: Civil Engineer - QS

About the Client:
An established real estate developer and real estate management consultant owning multiple residential and commercial buildings in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Prepare cost estimates and manage project budgets.
• Handle procurement processes, evaluate tenders, and manage contractor agreements.
• Measure and track project quantities to ensure accurate billing and project scope adherence.
• Assist the executive team with meetings, reports, and maintaining project documentation.

Qualifications:
• Open to Filipinas, 30-40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• With civil engineering license and strong English communication skills
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D); Primavera knowledge is a plus
