About the Client:
A leading FMCG importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables in the UAE, renowned for delivering high-quality produce to both local and international markets.

Job Description:
-Responsible for municipality approval process for all types of building projects, including residential, commercial, and storage structures.
-Prepare and submit applications for municipality approvals and building permits for various types of buildings.
-Liaise with local municipal authorities, planning departments, and other regulatory agencies to obtain necessary approvals and resolve any issues.
-Coordinate and communicate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure timely submission of all required documents and monitor the progress of approval processes, ensuring deadlines are met and addressing any concerns or delays.

Qualifications:
-Open to Arabic nationalities, Male, 40 years or below.
-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Education
-Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role with a focus on municipality approvals, permitting and construction safety standards
-Must have Licensed Professional Engineer or any certifications related to the field

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
