Purpose of role

To execute the construction of the project in a particular discipline in accordance with contract requirements within allocated time and budget whilst maintaining the company's quality and HSE systems on site to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in design and plan swimming pool projects, considering safety, functionality, and esthetic aspects.
• Collaborate with architects, builders, and other professionals to integrate swimming pool designs into overall site plans.
• Select materials, equipment, and systems for swimming pool construction, adhering to industry standards.
• Conduct site assessments to evaluate soil conditions, drainage, and other factors affecting swimming pool installations.
• Develop detailed swimming pool execution plans, including delivery and installation of filtration, circulation, water treatment systems, and all associated electrical and mechanical work.
• Budget management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes governing swimming pool construction and safety.
• Supervise and coordinate the implementation of swimming pool projects, overseeing construction and installation processes.
• Collaborate with contractors, landscape architects, and maintenance teams to integrate swimming pools seamlessly into the overall environment.
• Stay informed about advancements in swimming pool technology, water conservation practices, and industry trends.
