He must have work experience in design, construction, and supervision of house connections, miscellaneous work, and road work. Responsibility for all development of design sketches and following up NOCs. He must also have complete knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage, and irrigation networks in the Emirates of Dubai. He must also have a thorough knowledge and work experience in dealing with emergency works. He must know all areas in the Emirates of Dubai and be able to locate and reach the areas immediately in case of any emergency works. He must be able to deal with the public and coordinate with various Dubai Municipality projects.

Strong computer skills in: Drafting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel, Primavera, Sewer Gems, InfoWorks ICM, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Capacity to make a decision.

Valid UAE driving license.

He shall have a civil engineering degree from a recognized university and 15 years of project-related relevant experience.
