Description

We are seeking a highly experienced civil engineer (G+12 approved). The ideal candidate must hold valid Dubai Municipality G+12 approval and a RAK trading license, with a strong background in engineering consultancy and project management.

This role involves leading and supervising the engineering team, ensuring all projects meet design, safety, and regulatory standards, and coordinating with authorities and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technical staff.
• Oversee design and execution of G+12 building projects.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on project progress.
• Review and approve technical drawings, designs, and calculations.
• Prepare and submit documentation for authority approvals.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (master’s preferred).
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 approval.
• RAK trading license (engineer/consultant).
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE.
• Proven experience in a consultancy environment (not contracting).
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
