MIRA Construction L.L.C is looking for a skilled civil engineer specializing in RAK SC&G+12 projects. The selected candidate will work on various high-rise construction initiatives, ensuring compliance with local regulations and high standards of quality. The ideal applicant has extensive experience with RAK requirements and possesses the technical knowledge required to manage site activities effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of high-rise construction projects in accordance with RAK SC&G regulations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and site investigations to inform project developments.
• Work closely with architects, planners, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Prepare and present technical reports, project proposals, and site inspections to stakeholders.
• Ensure all on-site activities comply with local health, safety, and building regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of contracts, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure success.
• Foster a culture of safety and collaboration among all team members and trade contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from a recognized institution.
• Valid RAK SC&G certification for G+12 projects is mandatory.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, particularly with RAK standards.
• Strong understanding of high-rise construction processes and compliance with local building codes.
• Ability to read, interpret, and provide input on architectural and engineering drawings.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
