Civil Engineer

Job description / Role

The Civil Engineer must have solid experience in design, construction, and supervision. The candidate shall hold a Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant project experience.
The role includes responsibilities related to house connections, miscellaneous works, and road works, as well as development of design sketches and follow-up on NOCs.

The candidate must also have:
• Complete knowledge of existing sewerage, drainage, and irrigation networks in Dubai
• Proven experience in handling emergency works
• Strong familiarity with all areas within the Emirate of Dubai and the ability to respond immediately to emergency situations
• Ability to deal with the public and coordinate with various Dubai Municipality projects

• Strong computer skills in drafting programs and engineering software, including:
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Primavera
• SewerGEMS, InfoWorks ICM, or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong decision-making ability
• Valid UAE Driving License
