Civil Engineer (Male)

Job description / Role

About the Client:
An established property developer and consultant in UAE.

- Oversee construction progress from start to finish (ground up and/or renovations).
- Handle processing of documents to local authorities such as DM, DCD, DDA, RAKEZ, DED, etc.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Review drawings to provide technical guidance in quantity surveying/estimation, structural calculation, load schedule, etc.

- Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
- Male, 30 to 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 5 years of Dubai experience in similar role from contracting or building consultancy companies
- Must have Civil engineering license and Dubai Municipality certifications – G+1, G+2, etc.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and Primavera knowledge is a plus
- Must have valid UAE Driving License.
