Civil Engineer ( UAE National )

Job description / Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented UAE National Civil Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience in civil engineering projects while contributing to the growth and success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects.
- Support project teams with site inspections, data collection, and technical documentation.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction materials to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance professional skills.

- UAE National with Family Book (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong academic background with a keen interest in infrastructure and construction projects.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and engineering software is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 14,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
