We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The Civil Foreman will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the construction activities related to roads and infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on sewerage and stormwater systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality on site. This position offers the opportunity to work on significant projects that contribute to the development of the region's infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Prepare daily reports on site activities, including progress updates, workforce management, and any incidents that occur.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of work activities, ensuring optimal use of resources and equipment.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety among all team members.
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed, supporting project documentation and reporting requirements.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff and laborers to enhance their skills and knowledge in construction practices.

- Proven experience of 7 to 8 years as a Civil Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry, specifically in roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai.
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality control standards.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering plans.
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools to track project progress and resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred, along with a familiarity with local regulations and construction practices.
- Relevant certifications in construction management, safety, or civil engineering are an advantage.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all aspects of work.
