Apt Resources is looking for a detail-oriented civil maintenance inspector to join the team at a prestigious royal palace. In this critical role, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, overseeing maintenance work, and ensuring the structural integrity and safety of the palace facilities. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of the palace's civil structures, including buildings, roads, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate the condition of maintenance work performed and ensure compliance with approved plans and safety regulations.
• Prepare detailed reports on findings, including recommendations for repairs and improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to oversee repair and restoration projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Monitor construction and renovation work to comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance checks.
• Act as a liaison between palace management and contractors for civil maintenance projects.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil maintenance inspection or construction supervision.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and software for reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license.

Benefits
