Position Title: Civil/ MEP Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An established real estate developer and real estate management consultant owning multiple residential and commercial buildings in Dubai.

Job Description:
• Oversee construction progress from start to finish (ground up and/or renovations).
• Handle processing of documents to local authorities such as DM, DCD, DDA, RAKEZ, DED, etc.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Review drawings to provide technical guidance in quantity surveying/estimation, structural calculation, load schedule, etc.

Qualifications:
• Open to male candidates of Asian nationalities, up to 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role experience within contracting or building consultancy in Dubai
• Must hold a valid Engineering license, Dubai Municipality Certifications and UAE Driver’s License

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
