Civil Planning Engineer

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules, timelines, and work breakdown structures.
Monitor and track project progress against baseline and update schedules accordingly.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, procurement, and subcontractors to gather real-time updates.
Prepare look-ahead programs, delay analysis reports, and recovery plans as needed.
Assist in planning labor, material, and equipment resources to meet project milestones.
Generate weekly/monthly reports for internal and client reviews.
Ensure all planning activities comply with contract requirements and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
3-5 years of UAE experience specifically in villa renovation or interior fit-out projects.
Sound understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and material lead times.
Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
