Civil Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and oversee our contracting fit-out /maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management, coupled with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of various fit-out projects, managing resources, and maintaining client satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation to senior management and clients, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the project, maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and project objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and compliant.
- Mentor and guide junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the contracting fit-out industry, preferably in the UAE.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
- Proficient in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work flexible hours to meet project demands.
