Civil Project Manager – ADNOC Projects

Job description / Role

Hiring a Civil Project Manager with ADNOC experience to handle planning, execution, and delivery of civil works in compliance with ADNOC standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of ADNOC civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining high quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively.
- Lead and mentor project team members to enhance productivity and professional growth.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to technical specifications and contract requirements.

- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- 15+ years experience, including ADNOC civil projects
- Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, HSE & QA/QC
- Experience coordinating with ADNOC PMC / consultants
- Primavera P6 / MS Project proficiency preferred
